Always a fan favorite. Easy to make, fast to bake.
Mix the ingredients together (except the plums) .
Use a wisk to make a smooth thick batter.
Then pour the thick batter into a baking pan.
Half the plums and place the plums face down
in the batter. I like to use 4 rows of 2 halfs,
this makes it wasy to serve when you cut the servings
Bake at 375F (190C) for 50 minutes.
Cool and Serve.

You can debone the chicken thighs, or not.
We do, since we make chicken stock.
Add the non chicken ingredients into a bowl and
combine. If not using a mortal and pestle like in the
video, finely chop the garlic
Add the marinade with the chicken. We use a
ziplock bag. Mix well, let set for an hour or two.
Fire up the BBQ on high. Get the BBQ hot. Then
drop the chicken onto the grate, skin side down.
Turn BBQ on low, close the lid and wait.
Depending on the heat, ccok for about 25-30 min.
